Putting patient data to work for you™
|
Gathering the data needed to treat your most complex patients can take a considerable amount time. The Vital Sync™ system can make collecting and organizing the relevant clinical information a quick and efficient process through automatic collection, display and storage of patient data at the point of care.
The Vital Sync™ system provides you with a comprehensive view of patient data through direct interfaces with an array of bedside monitors and devices, helping you identify deteriorating patient condition early. It allows you to select specific patient data from the integrated devices and view the data on a single time-synced display at the bedside. Its flexible operating system and user interface provide immediate and complete access to patient data you select to identify trends, zoom in to closely analyze acute events, or view historical patient data.
With Vital Sync™ technology, time saved gathering data means more time treating and caring for your patients.

Innovating the Bedside
Vital Sync’s display can spotlight individual parameters, multiple parameters in one time-synced graph, or custom graphs in virtually any configuration desired. |
Somanetics is a medical device company specializing in technologies that generate unique clinical data about complex patient physiology. Through its products and supporting clinical education, Somanetics’ mission is to help clinicians improve patient outcomes by leveraging the clinical insights generated by its Vital Sync™ patient data management system and its INVOS® Cerebral/Somatic Oximeter. The INVOS® System has a decade of proven history helping clinicians detect and correct site-specific brain and tissue oxygen deficits that can harm patients.
Now with Vital Sync™ technology, Somanetics is innovating the bedside again with a system that synthesizes a multitude of complex patient parameters and compiles it into an at-a-glance, interactive display for enhanced patient assessment, treatment, and improved workflow in patient care and research endeavors.

Out-of-the Box Connectivity

The Vital Sync™ system offers out-of-the box connectivity to an array of bedside devices including physiologic (C-R) monitors, ventilators, pulse oximeters, regional oximeters (such as the INVOS Cerebral/Somatic Oximeter), infusion devices, body cooling, and perfusion equipment. Laboratory test results and routine patient history and physical exam information can be added to the record as well. Vital Sync™ technology does not require networking to the hospital EMR or HIS/RIS to collect patient data, so the installation process is extremely efficient.
